Dick Building Company served as the general contractor on the 25,000sf boutique condominium project. The five-level building has six, one- and two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. Each unit features spacious, open floor plans, panoramic glass windows, high-end finishes, terraces and a landscaped pool area. Interior finishes include rectified porcelain tile, imported Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The Elysian is supported on concrete piles approximately 35 feet deep. The structure is comprised of cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete beams, composite floor slabs and a stucco finish.
