Dick Building Company worked closely with Laurel Valley Golf Club and DLA + Architecture on the design-build of four 2,100sf club cottages surrounding the chipping green. The exterior of the buildings is comprised of brick veneer façade with limestone sills and border stone. Each building is complete with a slate and copper roof system that correlates with the club design. The cottages have four en suite bedrooms furnished with an intimate seating area, coffee bar and a common covered field stone patio. There is one ADA approved unit in one building.

Part of the scope of this project was an extensive site work package which included a bio-retention pond.
