Dick Building Company served as the General Contractor on the 25,000sf boutique condominium project in Florida. The Fordham is four levels above grade and houses nine, two- and three-bedroom condominium units. The condominium also has a two-level precast parking garage below grade. 

Building features include expansive floor plans, panoramic glass windows, high-end finishes, open living areas, spacious terraces and a tropical landscaped pool area. Interior finishes include rectified porcelain tile, imported Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
