Working on a design-build basis, Dick Building Company completed the adaptive reuse of a century old industrial building in Pittsburgh’s Strip District located in the heart of Robotics Row. 2515 Liberty Avenue encompasses approximately 42,000sf of space. The project included interior fit-out of office and common areas, masonry restoration, new mechanical and electrical work and other improvements. Dick coordinated the design-build project with the owner and building tenants, including a robotic technology firm and bioinformatics company.
