Working with Steve Casey Architects and Howard Hanna Real Estate, Dick Building Company constructed the new office building on a corner lot in downtown Sewickley. The exterior is made up of red brick facade accented by the storefront systems surrounded by metal panels coated in the iconic Howard Hanna green. The interior of the building consists of a partial second floor and mezzanine to allow for more work space while maintaining the open concept with large windows and high ceilings. . The white marble flooring and white wood paneling with green accents combined with the crisp design keep within the Howard Hanna brand.
