Dick Building Company served as the general contractor for the interior renovations to AIST’s offices in Warrendale, PA. This 15,000sf project was divided into two phases - one for each wing of the building. While our team worked on Phase I, the AIST employees occupied the Phase II space. Both phases had a similar floor plan with workstations, offices, conference rooms and a new collaboration space. The bathrooms and work rooms were updated as were the HVAC and electrical systems.
