Working with the owner and Dean Hess as the architect, Dick Building Company was the construction manager on the 16-acre parcel of land for sitework and the general contractor for the 44,000sf dealership located in Washington County. As is the Rahal approach, finishes and interior design included a variety of quality materials and innovative design elements. The interior has walnut wall panels and brushed aluminum accents while the exterior is comprised of aluminum composite and corrugated metal panels. There is structural frameless glazing on the entire front side of the building offering a clear view of the showroom. This site features a boutique lounge, reception bay, service garage, parts department, a car wash, two showrooms and ample office space. Dick Building Company won the 2019 MBA Building Excellence Award for this project.
