Dick Building Company transformed first floor warehouse into a boutique fitness studio in the Strip District. This studio is designed to accommodate a variety of training classes, many of which have garage doors that open to let in fresh air and natural light during the warmer months. Exposed polished concrete floors lead the hallways along a mix of drywall and refurbished concrete walls. The black ceilings and exposed duct work give the space an urban industrial vibe that suits the Strip District studio well. The lobby of the studio has an extensive retail area and smoothie bar. The locker rooms are equipped with luxury steam showers.
