Dick Building Company worked with nationally recognized co-working space developer Industrious to convert 38,000sf on the 5th & 6th floors of downtown Pittsburgh’s Liberty Center. The space was transformed into flexible workspace with modern glass-walled private offices, conference rooms, phone rooms, a wellness room and open common co-working spaces which allows for professionals to focus and be productive.
