Dick Building Company was selected as the general contractor for The Ellis School library renovation which included demolition of the existing ceiling, electrical, and flooring. Dick Building Company constructed steel support for a new HVAC system and installed a Monetary glass wall along with another interior wall of which two-thirds was windows. The installation of a new acoustic tile ceiling, lighting fixtures, countertops and flooring were also part of the project.
