Project Name: Solomon Chevy, Buick, & GMC
Client: Solomon Auto Group
Architect: Desmone Architects
Delivery Method: General Contractor

Dick Building Company was the general contractor on the 8,563sf existing facility and the construction of a 9,572sf addition to the auto dealership located south of Uniontown. The scope included extensive interior demolition to the existing structure. Permanent beams were installed to create the seamless existence of the addition with the original building.  All new electrical, plumbing and HVAC were installed. New underground conduits for electrical service were set to replace the overhead existing service to clear the view and to eliminate height restrictions. The exterior of the building was complete with new facade aluminum front panels and storefront windows, man and service garage doors.  New concrete sidewalks were complete around the front side of the building. The interior of the entire structure is comprised of drywall finished walls and porcelain tile, epoxy painted flooring throughout the building and carpeted offices. The building is equipped with two showrooms and service centers, ample office space, conference room and an employee break room. The dealership also has a retail area and customer waiting room.
