Bobby Rahal Land Rover Jaguar Dealership
Working with the owner and Dean Hess as the architect, Dick Building Company was the Construction Manager on the 16-acre parcel of land for sitework and the General Contractor for the dealership located in Washington County. High-end finishes have been incorporated throughout. The interior has walnut wall panels and brushed aluminum accents while the exterior is comprised of aluminum composite and corrugated metal panels. There is structural frameless glazing on the entire front side of the building offering a clear view of the showroom. Construction of the 42,000 SF building started in April 2018 and was completed in April 2019. This site features a boutique lounge reception bay, service garage, parts department, a car wash, two showrooms and ample office space. This project won the 2019 MBA Building Excellence Award due to the project challenges and outcomes along with the level of detail required to complete the project.
